Amendments to the aparthotel planning permission Reg. Ref. No. PD 5/02 for an aparthotel incorporating 41 no. bedrooms, reception areas, bar and restaurant at ground floor level and basement storage area consisting of 1) alterations to the elevations on the first, second, third and fourth floors 2) increasing the 4th floor area to 824 sq. m 3) additional fifth and sixth floors area 948 sq m.
