Planning Data
The planning application data displayed on Permission.ie is sourced from publicly available records published by Irish local authorities under CC Attribution 4.0 licence. We do not collect or store personal data about planning applicants beyond what is publicly available.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Stripe for payments, Mailgun for email, Telegram for notifications).
