Alterations to front elevation to include, enlarge front windows at ground level, alterations to dormer window at first floor level, install Cedral Lap T&G (blue/grey) fibre cement board to front elevation and both gables. Raise roof to rear over existing extension to incorporate first floor bedroom with gable window at first floor level. Install 2 no. velux windows to front and 1 velux window to rear. Install double doors to rear at ground level. Reslate entire roof and fit grey/black seamless aluminum facia and soffit. All to existing dwelling.
