Partial demolition of existing warehouse/office building and construction of paint plant

Construction of a new single-storey extension for the surface treatment (anodising) of aluminium sections, underground services and associated site works at the existing light industrial building. This application relates to development which consists of an activity for which an Industrial Emissions Directive license under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency act 1992 (as amended) is required. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R) and Natura Impact Statement (N.I.S) are also required and will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
