The proposed development seeks to provide for the occasional operation of the asphalt plant outside normal working hours up to a maximum of 40 no. days per annum. The proposed development also provides for additions/alterations to the existing asphalt plant including the reorientation of the existing cold feed bins and the provision of a hot storage unit.
