Retention permission for a) the change of use of the original building from warehouse and offices to a safety training centre, b) provision of thirteen containers for use in association with the safety training centre, c) construction of two links located to the east of the building connecting the building to two containers, d) provision of plant used for the purposes of safety training including water tank with pump house, LPG tanks and a fire training platform and e) other ancillary development including above door signage, fencing and gates. Permission for the construction of a bike shelter storage and other ancillary development, including the provision of EV parking along with additional landscaping
