Retention and completion of macadamed road entrance, driveway and car park for 10 no. cars

(1) Remove existing eastern, southern and western concrete post and concrete rail perimeter fence and erect new 1.2m high P.V.C coated chain link fence and P.V.C coated posts around the entire perimeter of green area, (2) Construct new playground area for children together with its associated play equipment, (3) Alter and relocate existing footpath for the provision of 12 no. parking spaces, (4) alter and construct new store and wheelchair toilet in existing school shelter,(5) Construct new parking area to rear of school, (6) Construct all-weather pitch in school grounds with 3m high plastic coated perimeter post and fencing with 8 no. 12m high lamp standards, (7) construct 2 no. tennis courts in school grounds with 2m high plastic coated posts and fencing with 4 no. 12m high lamp standards and associated site works.
