Permission is also sought for an extension on the northern side of the building to accommodate 2 no. new dock levellers, internal modifications to warehousing and ancillary office areas, a reduction in part of overall building height from 17.62m to 13m, elevational alterations and re-cladding of the structure, re-glazing of ancillary office block at the eastern side of the building, reconfiguration of parking layout to now provide a total of 50 no. car parking spaces and 6 no. truck parking spaces, alterations to the existing vehicular access located to the south east of the site and any associated site works and landscaping works.
