The development will consist of amendments to development for partial demolition and extension to dwelling and construction of swimming pool granted under Pl. Reg. No. 11/5250 and currently under construction. The amendments consist of minor alterations and variations to the roof profile, window and door design and elevational treatment of original dwelling and permitted extension, increase in floor area at ground & first floor of permitted extension with balconies to side elevations at first floor level and single storey porch extension to front of existing dwelling. In addition the application includes Permission for demolition of 2 no. existing outbuildings and construction of a new single-storey building block to house domestic garages, stables, leisure areas, including swimming pool, ancillary to main dwelling and maintenance areas, provision of horse paddock and garden water feature, associated landscaping, service driveway, drainage and ancillary site works, and omission of development of separate swimming pool building as perviously permitted under 11/5250
