Construction of 9 no. dwelling houses consisting of 8 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses and 1 no. 3 bedroom detached dwelling house and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development is a change of plan from that previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning reference 08/7515 [as extended under Cork County Council Planning Reference 14/4105 & 18/6460] and will replace 10 no. permitted dwelling houses. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the junction and internal road network from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north as permitted under Cork County Council Planning Reference 08/7515 [as extended under Cork County Council Planning References 14/4105 & 18/6460].

The construction of a single storey, rear extension to an existing dwelling house, together with minor alterations and associated siteworks. The extension would comprise 2 additional bedrooms and a kitchenette-living room, to facilitate not more that 6 residents and 2 carers within residential care dwelling house.

The construction of 42 no. dwelling houses, a two storey crèche and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 20 no .3 bedroom townhouses and 22 no. 2 bedroom townhouses. The proposed development is a change of plan from that previously permitted by Pl.Ref.No. 19/5749 (as amended by Pl.Ref.No. 21/4026) and will result in the loss of 2 no. residential units from that currently permitted. Provision is made for a previously permitted pedestrian connection to the existing estate to the east. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via the entrance permitted by Pl.Reg.No. 19/5749 from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north. The proposed internal road network will connect to the permitted development to the west which is accessed via the existing entrance from the Dunmanway Road (R586) to the South.

The proposed dwelling houses to the west of the site will replace a creche facility previously permitted by reference 08/7515 (as extended by reference 14/4105 & 18/6460) with vehicular access to the proposed dwelling houses being provided via the existing estate entrance from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north. The proposed development consists of the construction of 10 no. 3 bedroom 2-storey townhouses, 2 no. 3 bedroom 2-storey semi-detached houses and 13 no. 2 bedroom 2-storey townhouses. The proposed development is a change of plans from that previously permitted by planning reference 08/7515 (as extended by reference 14/4105 & 18/6460) and will consist of an increase of 9 no. residential units. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development will be provided via the existing estate entrance from Dunmanway Road (R586) to the south of the proposed site. The proposed access road serving the new units will connect to the permitted residential development to the east of the proposed site, known as 'The Tannery', which is accessed by permitted entrance from Convent Hill (L-2011). Provision is also made for a previously permitted pedestrian link to the exiting northern part of the estate.
