The development will be accessed on a pedestrian and cycle priority basis, with zero car parking. Permission is also sought for use of the accommodation, outside of student term time, for short-term letting purposes. All ancillary and associated site development works, including footpaths, drainage, public lighting, water supply, and sustainable urban drainage systems, will be provided
