timber Garden Room.Overall Dimensions to supply and fit a garden room approximately 38ft x16ft to have 2 office spaces and a large room, to consist of a timber subframe using 6x2 timbers, this will form a solid base to support the structure, there will be 18mm osb attached to the subframe to form a flat floor, the main subframe will be built with 4x2 timbers, these will be wrapped with a waterproof lining and then shiplapped on the outside and 18mm osb will be attached to the inside, there will be internal walls to make 2 office spaces,the wall between the offices will be built up to approximately 3.5ft then clear polycarbonate will be added to form a big window, there will be a single door leading into the office area and double doors into the workshop area, there will also be windows either side of the double doors, the roof will have 4x2 roof beams and then osb will added and a waterproof liner then there will be roof sheeting applied to make the structure weatherproof, gutters and downpipe will be added for drainage, There is currently an 8x10FT shed and 16x18FT decking, both of these will be removed and replaced with a garden room
