Permission is sought for: 1) Alterations to the previously granted planning permission Ref. No.’s 23/60157 and 25/60862, for the refurbishment and change of use of the existing derelict 3 and 5 storey warehouse which is a protected structure (RPS Ref.: TTP99 and NIAH Ref. No. 21003352) to a boutique hotel. The alterations to the previously granted permissions include: a) Provision of an additional 5 no. bedrooms on ground and first floor; additional ground floor alterations to include a new kitchen, revised toilet layout, and ancillary facilities; all associated internal and external alterations; and all associated site development works. Permission is also sought for 2) : Alterations with a change of use of the adjoining Alms House which is also a protected structure (RPS ref.: TTP98 and NIAH Ref. No. 21003350). Works to include the provision of: i) The main hotel entrance foyer, reception areas, and ancillary facilities; ii) 5 no. twin/double hotel bedrooms with en suites at first floor level; iii) associated internal and external alterations to the building; iv) new shopfronts, signage, and canopy to the eastern façade; and v) all associated site development works. Permission is also sought for 3): The construction of a new Orangerie/Conservatory within the existing shared and connecting courtyard of the buildings.
