Retention of works to date and permission to complete the proposed works to include modifications to the approved Plan Ref: P.14/436, which plan provided for the construction of a single storey extension to existing single storey nursing home, to include 12 no additional bedrooms, associated bathroom facilities, and ancillary areas to include sitting rooms, office, treatment room and entrance lobby, associated siteworks, additional carpark space, access ramp, and connection to existing wastewater treatment system on site.
