The change of use of the former female medical ward at St. Joseph’s Hospital to provide a new office headquarters. The existing three storey protected structure building will be internally renovated, altered and refurbished to provide consultation & meeting rooms, offices, stores & a plant room. The existing external steel escape stair will be removed. The replacement of external windows for timber sash windows, replacement and repair of existing roofs, gutters and downpipes with the insertion of new rooflights. The existing roof light over the ground floor corridor will be refurbished. The application also includes for the construction of new three storey extension which will be connected to the existing protected structure on the north-east side.
