The proposed development only relates to external and internal amendments to the permitted Lidl Licenced Discount Foodstore building and consists of: Amendments to the permitted exterior and external elevations comprising: A change in stair construction material at the loading bay from precast concrete to steel; the addition of a secure enclosed bin cage at the loading bay area; the addition of 2 no. fire escape doors along the western elevation; replacement of lower section of glazing along the western elevation with insulated spandrel panel; the repositioning of the permitted fire exit along the eastern elevation; the repositioning and enlargement of permitted external plant on the northern gable plant area; and erecting of plant area access ladder along the eastern elevation. Reconfiguration of the permitted internal ground floor layout (1,973 sq m Gross Floorspace) comprising: An increase in the net retail floorspace from permitted 995 sq m to 1,062 sq m; an increase in the Customer WC area from 5 sq m to 6.5 sq m; the removal of the freezer lobby and the repositioning of freezer; and the subsequent repositioning of the chiller, IT Room and sluice area and associated reduction in storage and delivery area
