Ref. 15600365); the existing access road adjacent to Western Road will become a pedestrian only. Permission is also sought for associated landscaping, site services, waste storage areas, ESB sub-station (26 sqm) and generators; and all associated site and development works. The proposed roundabout will require the demolition of existing buildings comprising Hillview, a derelict house, (126 sqm GFA – demolition previously approved under Reg. Ref. 15600365) and 2 no. outbuildings (total GFA 23 sqm)
