(5) A stand-alone single storey chemical & refuse storage building. (6) A stand-alone single storey ESB sub-station/switchroom building, 2 no. generator structures, a Gas Skid installation and 2 no. under-ground static storage water tanks. (7) A proposed foul pumping station and rising main connection to the existing foul sewer network along Earhart Avenue to the east.
