(1) Change of use of existing derelict building from the previous use of Fire Statoin to proposed use as a Youth and Community Resource Centre. (2) The proposed building will provide the following facilities: A. Multi purpose main hall, reception, 2 no. meeting rooms along with ancillary toilets and storage, landscaped rear outdoor space to the western elevation, all at ground floor level and all accessed via a new entrance foyer on the eastern elevation off the Mill Road.
