Proposed Development

the development consists of the construction of a series of M&E Buildings to the yard of Building 2. There is a requirement for four buildings, to house a transformer, a substation, a RMU and a sprinkler tank room. We are also seeking PERMISSION for a sprinkler tank. We are proposing three ancillary plant compounds, housing the chiller plant, bin store and Air Conditioning Units. We propose minor changes to the elevations to include louvres and doors to access the proposed plant. There are minor amendments to the landscaping between buildings 2 and 3 to improve access to the site
