The development will consist of alterations to the previously granted planning permission ref. no. 22/1002 for the conversion of the existing 2 no. mixed use units into a single occupancy restaurant which is a protected structure (RPS ref.: TTP98 and NIAH Ref. No. 21003350) and adjoins and is within the curtilage of a former Warehouse Building which is also a protected structure (RPS ref.: TTP 99 and NIAH Ref. No. 21003352).
