THE DEVELOPMENT WILL CONSIST OF an amendment to an existing planning permission ‘’to construct 80 number dwellings, consisting of four 4 bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses, sixty 3 bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses, ten 2 Bedroom terraced houses in two blocks of five and six 2 bedroom single storey bungalows, an ESB Sub-Station, and all associated site works at Banshagh, Killorglin, Co.Kerry’’ which was previously permitted under planning reg. number 21/188. The proposed amendment applies to 54 no. units to the south of the site. The initial 26 units to the north of the site are to remain as previously permitted.
