the proposed development consists of: 1. The construction of a 3-storey security building (block G) (185 sqm). 2. The construction of a single storey security hut (7sqm). The proposed development also consists of amendments to PA.Reg.Ref. 17/163 and ABP.Ref.301391. The following amendments are proposed to the permitted film studios development: 1.
