This will include conversion of the existing public toilets to a dressing room facility. 2. Construction of 2 number new toilet blocks of approximately 128 square metres each to the rear of the main stand. Extensions to 2 existing toilet blocks to the rear of the north terrace. Construction of a new toilet block to the rear of the town end terrace. Construction of a catering and merchandising/corporate functions building of approximately 142 sq metres to the rear of the main stand. 3.
