All ancillary site development/construction works to include for infilling and raising of ground levels, internal roads, parking areas, hard and soft landscaping, street lighting, foul, water and service networks to include provision of an ESB substation. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and accompanies this application.
