The proposed development includes works to the exterior of a structure which is located within the Scarriff Architectural Conservation Area and the proposed development would materially affect the area concerned. In accordance with the Habitats Directive, an Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out on the proposed development. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development and an EIA is not required.
