The application includes for the completion of associated site drainage surface dressing, landscaping works and the site entrance, which were previously granted under planning permission, An Bord Pleanala Reference no. PL 03.245734 (Clare Co Council Ref. no. P15/80) The proposed development is within and adjacent to a protected structure E35 and E36 and national monument no. CL033-082034. There are Natura 2000 sites within the vicinity of the development and therefore a habitate directive appropriate assessment screening has been carried out.
