Infrastructure development works will comprise the diversion and/or undergrounding of 10 kV ESB powerlines, surface water attenuation, wastewater and water utility services. The proposed development also includes open space, landscaping, car parking spaces, bicycle racks, bin stores, public lighting and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development represents a change of plan from that previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning Reference 06/4528 (subsequently extended under references 14/4413 & 18/6604) and minor amendments to the internal road network of permitted Cork County Council Planning Reference 08/7515 (subsequently extended under references 14/4105 & 18/6460).
