Primary access to the site will be through the Corcanree Business Park via the Greenpark Roundabout. The existing access serving the site from Dock Road will be restricted to a left in left out junction. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development and accompanies the planning application
