There are no demolition works proposed as part of this Project. In addition, a Landscaping and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Plan has been prepared as part of the proposed development. Refer to Volume 2, Drawing No. 20788-NOD-04-XX-DR-C08015 for a copy of the Landscape Plan. Planting shall commence in the first planting season following commencement of development on the site
