In addition, on adjacent lands to the rear of the existing JD’s Bar, it is proposed to develop a residential scheme comprising a total of 22 no. units, as follows: 8 no. 3-bed dwelling units, 4 no. 2-bed dwelling units, 7 no. 2-bed apartment units, 2 no. 3-bed duplex apartment units and1 no. 1-bed apartment unit. All dwellings are contained within two-storey terrace blocks, while apartments and duplexes are contained within three-storey buildings. The overall development also includes the provision of 18 no. car parking spaces, 1 no. bin store, a bicycle store, pedestrian access routes, development signage, boundary treatments, landscaping, public open spaces and all ancillary site development works at JD’s Bar and Venue, Main Street, Ballybunion, Co. Kerry.
