AN APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO DISCHARGE SURFACE WATER FOR THE SETTLING PONDS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO KERRY COUNTY COUNCIL. THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY RELEVANT MAPS, HYDROGEOLOGICAL REPORT, ARCHAEOLOGICAL REPORT, APPROPRIATE ASSESSMENT SCREENING REPORT AND NATURAL IMPACT STATEMENT.
