(07) DECOMMISSION THE EXISTING SITE ENTRANCE AND CONSTRUCT A NEW SITE ENTRANCE WITH SPLAYED ENTRANCE WALLS WITH ASSOCIATED ACCESS GATES. (08) INSTALL A NEW SECONDARY WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM.
