(f) Road resurfacing, road markings, colored surfacing, surface water and foul drainage works, public lighting, services, and landscaping works including removal of one tree at junction of South Circular Road/Lifford Avenue. (g) The proposed works are located within Architectural Conservation Areas 1 and 2 and adjacent to, but not within, the curtilages of a number of protected structures. (h) All associated site works
