All associated site development and site excavation works above and below ground for the wastewater treatment plant; and (3) upgrades to the existing Frances Street pumping station at Cappagh Road, Kilrush, and the construction of an underground storm storage tank, vent stack, new entrance onto Cappagh Road, boundary fencing and landscaping.
