The construction of a new service road running to the rear of the walled garden to provide access to the service areas noted above. The provision of a series of Geo-Cellular Underground Stormwater Attenuation reservoirs and Ponds and all ancillary stormwater sewers. The provision of foul sewer system to serve the premises with a site specific Waste Water Treatment Plant located on site. All ancillary works. A series of landscaped open spaces provided throughout the site with a mix of hard and soft landscaping, pedestrian and cycle access together with planting and green areas as shown on the drawings. All landscaping, including planting to consolidate tree lines and hedgerows forming existing site boundaries with adjoining agricultural lands.
