An environmental Impact Assessment ( EIA ) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development. . Ennis is a recorded monument and place (RMP) and is classified as a historic town by the Archaelogical Survey of Ireland. These works are located within the Ennis Architectural Conservation Area ( ACA) and would materially affect the character of the ACA. There are a number of Protected Structures within the vicinity. An Archaelogical Impact Assessment has been carried out on the projects.
