The proposed development also provides for the continuation of the permitted pedestrian and cycle path in Cois Caisleán (ABP ref. TA28.308111) along the northern, western and southern perimeter of the site and 2 no. new pedestrian access points located on the northern and western boundaries. Site development works include the regrading and integration of public open space serving Maglin Green permitted under Cork County Council ref. 17/4567/ABP ref. PL04.300861 with pedestrian link. The proposed development makes provision for cycle storage facilities, surface car parking, bin storage, boundary treatments, public lighting and surface water management features including 2 no. outfalls along the southern boundary and all other ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
