The proposed modifications include: 1) alterations to the permitted student accommodation building, 2) the omission of the permitted ESB substation, 3) the construction of an ESB substation/ switch room, 4) relocation of the vehicular access, 5) modifications to car park, 6) new pedestrian access, 7) modifications to permitted bicycle store, 8) gas skid, 9) totem sign and 10) all associated signage, landscaping and site development works.
