Oriel house is located on the grounds of St. Davent's Campus in close proximity to the existing main hospital building. The development is located within the curtilage of three protected structures. The proposed development is a single storey extension to the existing building, consisting of; new entrance with canopy, reception area, nurse's station, offices consultation rooms, storage, plant rooms, sanitary facilities, circulation spaces, common areas and en-suite bedrooms. The development will provide a total of 16 no. bedrooms for full-time residents. The proposed extension has a total gross floor area of 1145sqm.
