1) the demolition of a single storey component to the rear elevation of dwelling and also the demolition of a single storey porch to the front elevation. 2) the construction of a two storey extension to the rear elevation of single storey dwelling and the construction of a single storey extension to the side of dwelling to form part of an annex / granny flat, new single storey porch will also be constructed to the front elevation of the dwelling. 3) there will be various alterations and improvement works to the interior layout, exterior facades and roof structures to the dwelling. 4) the installation of a certified wastewater treatment system and a percolation area, to all appropriate standards, the existing wastewater treatment system will be decommissioned and removed from the site. 5) the construction of a driveway, parking areas, footpaths, soak-pits, patio and hard landscaping areas - the landscaping of the site consisting of new lawn areas, planting beds, hedging, trees and shrubbery and all associated site works. 6) change of use of a single storey outbuilding to habitable accommodation (annex /granny flat) and refurbishment of same. Note: The refurbished outbuilding, extension to the side of the dwelling and a portion of the remodelled dwelling will form the new annex / granny flat
