the development will comprise of (i) construction of 3 no. apartment blocks accommodating 54 no. units (24 no. one-bed@52.1sqm each and 30 two-beds @73.8sq.m each). Each block will be of 3-storey height. Block A will contain 18 no. apartments (6 no. one-bedroom and 12 no. two-bedroom).
