to sub divide an existing site currently owned by Mr. Kevin Healy, in the Townland of Ballydavid South, Athenry Co Galway, into two lots hereinafter referred to as 'Site A', which has an area of 3,253 sqm and 'Site B', has an area of 2,150 sqm. Full planning permission is now sought from Galway County Council for the following development. 1. To retain the existing dwelling house on revised site boundaries (i.e., on 'Site A'), and served by the existing entrance (on 'Site B'). 2. To construct a new dwelling house on 'Site B' also served by existing entrance. 3. To retain the existing site entrance on 'Site B', subject to modifications which will now be required to the boundary wall in order to ensure that sight lines can be achieved. 4.
