for demolition of an existing dwelling house and the construction of 7 no. industrial / enterprise units set out in 2 no. blocks on a site located to the south of the N 71 at Miles, Clonakilty, Co. Cork. The proposed development includes for the making of a new access otno the Clogheen and the closure of the existing direct accesses to the N71, site landscaping, ESB substation, carparking and ancillary development

permission is sought for development on lands at the Miles, Clonakilty, Co. Cork south of the N71 for the development of a Tesco Ireland store of 4169 sq.m. (Gross Floor Area) allowing for a Nett sales area of 2165 sq.m. supermarket sales and 589 sq. m. non food sales; combined Nett Sales Area 2754 sq. m.
