The restoration works will comprise of the phased backfilling of the existing quarry void of c. 209,535 m3 with clean subsoil and topsoil followed by grass seeding and cultivation for agricultural use. The subsoil and topsoil will come from clean natural imported soil and from existing stockpiles of soil stored onsite. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessement Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) A waste facility permit and / or waste licence will be required in relation to the development
