The proposed front elevation is to be rebuilt to match the existing. The proposed development is located within an Architectural Conservation Area (ACA). The property has been unoccupied for 10 plus years and currently is not in a liveable condition. A structural engineers detailed inspection and report has highlighted the internal and external walls are suffering from subsidence.
