Planning Permission for the LNG Plant has been previously granted at a location external to the site under ABP-308495-20. The current Application aims to replace the previous permission; construct the LNG Plant Compound within the existing site boundary and reduce storage of the LNG on site, which was previously granted for an LNG Plant Compound with 2 no. 131m3 horizontal tanks. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted with this Application. The existing Development has an IEL Licence issued by EPA.
