Extraction of sand and gravel (dry working) over a lateral extension extraction area of c. 4.2 hectares adjacent to the existing sand and gravel pit development permitted by planning permission KA/141129 (ABP PL17.245257) with access gained from the existing pit. 2. Restoration of the lands will form part of the overall adjacent sand and gravel pit restoration site, returning the lands to a combination of agricultural grazing and beneficial ecological habitat. 3. All associated site ancillary works within an overall application area of c. 5.8 hectares. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) has been prepared in respect of this planning application.
