Permission for development which consists of: We, O’Malley Construction Company Limited, intend to apply for planning permission to Galway City Council for development on a site located to the east of the Ballymoneen Road (L5024) in the townland of Ballyburke, Co. Galway. The proposed development is an amendment to the Maolchnoc Strategic Housing Development permitted under ABP-304762-19. The proposed development will consist of the following: 1. A change in the permitted apartment types on the 3rd floor of Apartment Blocks D, E and F from 6 no. 2-bed apartments and 6 no. 3-bed apartments to 18 no. 2-bed apartments and 3 no. 1-bed apartments (an additional 9 no. apartments in total). 2.
