The proposed development will also consist of: associated yard areas including 30 No. trailer and truck parking bays; level access and dock levellers; 142 No. car parking spaces (including 101 No. standard parking spaces, 32 No. electric vehicle (EV) spaces and 9 No. accessible car parking spaces); electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure; 54 No. bicycle parking spaces; vehicular, cyclist and pedestrian access / egress from Local Road L8184 internal pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular circulation; bin storage; signage; CCTV; ESB sub-station; boundary treatments [including gates, piers and fencing]; lighting; all hard and soft landscaping; provision of sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDS); and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground, including changes in level and associated retaining features, and associated site servicing [water and electricity supply]
